Double whammy. Terrible parking (in a car park with huge spaces), and an illegal numberplate to boot. Well done.
Slightly off topic but what is it with 'BAL' numberplates? There are loads of private plates round here with 'BAL' on them and I can't for the life of me figure out what they're supposed to be saying?

Going by this thread and recent experience, it's short for ball bag

Possibly the cheapest "private plates" available because, statistically, that's the rarest combination of initials?

Or maybe they're all closet ballet fans.

Oh yes. First bit of bad parking I've spotted there in a few months surprisingly eek

Parking aside, that looks really familiar with the exterior modifications. I'm sure I've seen it before. Surrey or Thames Valley area by any chance?

I could be wrong but I'm guessing this isn't a disabled person's car

Only above the eyes it seems.

Not a problem for anyone else, but...
Is that wedged in? Doesn't look like the most straightforward space to get into but still...
Given there was room to manoeuvre, I would have reversed in, as always.

Well ... sometimes it's just an itch to park at a disabled space ... or on a spot that says 'EV charging' ... For a run at the shops or a quick pint: is it THAT bad?

To be fair I was busting for the loo and I hadn't even noticed I'd going "disabled" paperbag

When somebody pointed it out I went straight out and moved my car. No excuses, just slight mitigation....

Parked outside the hospital AGAIN, this time in a yellow hatched ambulance bay...

Wednesday 28th May.

Still there the following day, only joined by copious additional Muppets...

Thursday 29th May.

The Mercedes and the Chrysler were parked and unattended. The Audi was 'waiting' as evidenced by the illuminated rear lights. The van was stopping briefly to offload his passenger, and was on his way immediately. The Rodius is a hackney carriage, but shouldn't wait there, as there's two spaces (just behind the camera) set aside for them. The canopied entrance the three cars are obstructing access to is often used by 'Patient Transport Service' ambulances to drop folk off at the physiotherapy department. The so-called 'security' staff are based in a building just to the left of the blue van, but I've never seen one of them challenge a living soul, despite watching the bad parking happen right in front of them on occasion, and the fact that this idiocy often leads to gridlock when buses and ambulances can't get round this one way loop. The poor chap in the hi-vis vest is a cleaner, trying his best to clear up the mess left by chavvy visitors and smoking patients overnight. Unfortunately he can't complete the job, because the Grand Voyager is parked atop a pile of casually discarded wrappers.

Sticks.

I might fancy a pint though running to the shops is unlikely. Yes, PITA since you ask. Not as bad as this bloke - outrageous wink
