A car in my village has the reg K90 UCH

Didn’t think much of it until I found out he’s a retired dentist.

Obviously only works when you know that...

814 CK was £4,800.00 hammer price, in May 2015. Came up to £6,300 with all the extras.
"B1 ACK" was the better buy imo albeit 23 years apart...
Yes, in this case I would agree too, as it is a more correct spelling of the word. Usually I would find the dateless element to be more desirable. The dateless element usually commands the higher price too, as in the case of S1 NGH and 51 NGH. The former sold for £109,214 all inc. in November of 1998, while the latter sold for a staggering £253,968 all inc. in April of 2006.

1 TWN and 11 TWN both DVLA auction issues. As a matter of interest TWN is/was a Swansea series. Right up the street from DVLA. TWN commenced in February of 1959.

Both show as being on Rolls Royce cars so maybe the owner in the picture has them both?

I think it is 11 TWN after all as 1 TWN is on a Dawn convertible according to WBAC.

It is supposed to be Coleen, but I read 'COBENX'.

This should be in the crap plates thread.
