Which Amy would like to have a number plate saying that she likes and does BJs???? Why does the DVLA think this is a good plate and will be a hit in the auctions????

Its "AMY 8J" what you read it to it may well ......confused but I'm sure it will find a buyer....
I know it says "8J", but I, and lots of other people have a dirty mind, so they will read "BJ"

It is supposed to be Coleen, but I read 'COBENX'.

When you have to explain it, it is not a good plate.

Got to the end of "C" and I've yet to come across a really good one. I must say there are some real crap ones in this auction. The only two that might even remotely qualify as good so far, are C45 HED because it spells a word and CON 41R (good for Nicolas Cage fans).

There are a 2,250 lots, which is quite a lot. If i'm not mistaken the live auctions usually have 1,250 and the timed ones,1,500.

Some could do with a “Y” being shoved in the gap. laugh

If you had gone to "V", you could have read "911 VS", which happens to read my favourite car model and my initials, so I would gone for that if I:
-were to live in the UK
-would have a Porker 911
-would have enough spare money kicking around to indulge myself in such frivolities
But apart from those 3 "ifs", excellent plate!!!

I have just put a private plate on an MR2 that I bought from my MIL.

The original registration is BJ06 PVT.

Rather unfortunate but do you think anyone would buy that? Where would I sell it, if so?

Did you put BJ06 PVT on retention before assigning your new plate?

I thought 'standard plates' were just reserved for the vehicle it came off, working on the basis that the private plate will come off again at some point.
