^^^ benefit of doubt? hoping the centre bay was already occupied by a recharging car and the BMW's charge cable wasn't long enough to reach if parked correctly.

There's a charger per space by the looks of it but I admire your ability to try and see the positives.

Cables come out from both sides of the charger so if he's using the one from the right hand side [ccs?] it looks a bit short.

Local garden centre which normally has plenty of parking spaces but even so I can't understand why people leave their cars like this.

Double bubble in this local sainsbury's. Both need ticketing for 'parking outside the lines' might nudge them into a bit of consideration.
On the other hand as the carpark is virtually empty who are they being inconsiderate to?

Those who abandon their cars like that probably do it most if not all of the time, I certainly have been pushed to find a space in a busy car park when some twunt parks like that whether or not it was empty or not when they did.

Were the designated charging spaces further away from the entrance in this car park?

Or were those spaces already full, and the owner couldn’t handle the thought of having to park like normal people.
