Another 'what car' question
Discussion
Mrs Irocfan is looking to chop in her Astra (10) and her RRS (12) and get one car to cover commuting duties and 'nice car' duties. She loves the RRS (ride, the way it drives... all round general comfort, looks, pretty much everything about it) and feels that the Astra isn't a bad tool for commuting/shopping etc - however with this being a (low-power) 1.4 it is a town car rather than something to be used on long journeys.
With the above in mind and the following requirements:
a budget of 20 - 30
I can already discount BMW as they are a complete no go (nice as they undoubtedly are).
No older than 2012
Automatic
seats 4/5
good mpgs
what suggestions are there?
Current ideas are:
Evoque (she's not sold on the roof styling "looks squashed" but would enjoy the driving position)
XF (really likes these. Reputation for a great ride and good performance)
E-class (likes the look and performance)
A5 'vert (left field choice)

She won't be disappointed with the XF S Diesel my dad loves his as his daily it's his Third after being predominantly a Mercedes man (he still has his CL63) he had the 2.7 first then the 3.0 & now has the S nothing has stopped working & the Dealer has been fantastic on the occasions I've driven I can't fault the drive & the S is properly quick Gassing Station | General Gassing | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
