Spare car drainage plug
Discussion
You don't need it, just forget about it. Is this an Audi? The VWs on the same chassis platform (so like A3 vs Golf) come from the factory with these holes empty.
Slum it
EDIT: it's not a drainage plug, it's just a pad so your underseal doesn't get scuffed when the car gets lifted on a 2 post lift at the garage. All 2 posters come with their own rubber pads anyway, not needed.

If it's a floor bung and you can see carpet through the hole you do.Slum it

Had my Alfa 75 up on the ramp in work for a spanner check before a trip to the Ring a few years ago. Spotted that the floor bung in the passenger footwell was missing but forgot to pick one up when I went over to the warehouse to get the new brake pads, spark plugs etc.
Two days later we arrived at Folkestone after drive from Bristol in torrential rain to find that the carpet and more important, Mrs D's handbag was soaking wet.
Oops.
