A quick look at the ops posting history has them being in their mid 30’s yet also past retirement, having no cars, a classic car and now a van that hasn’t moved for 6 months yet is apparently insured. And being WFH and being injured in work all at the same time…….

Wonder why the OP hasn't been back to clarify things?
He has. He said he contacted the council and they told him he had nothing to worry about. Given that was apparently the entire point of his OP, what other clarification are you wanting? I’m assuming the OP got the answer he was looking for from the council so posted it on here to end any further speculation.Antony Moxey said:

After 6 months of having a van dumped I bet the road and pavement is a mess. The street I live on is lined with trees and hedges and is swept every fortnight. If a car happens to be parked on the roadside when the sweeper comes, the missed spot is obvious. Not to mention missed line painting if the van was in the way.

Probably certain privileges apply, shame there are no ‘go faster’ stripes over the bonnet and roof: It appears OP is back, although now he's unhappy about PCN's

Has he asked to see the 'Wet signature'?
And most importantly... was it signed by a judge?
