Off topic I’ve since had a ride in an F10 M5 (didn’t drive it as friends were giving us a lift). Clearly he didn’t drive it hard but did open her up a bit .... very appealing. He didn’t have comfort seats/the exact same seats as I have and it was Pre LCI so very similar to what I see every day I drive.

Poor form WB. You should have offered him a biscuit, and written on the packet in very small letters "by accepting this biscuit, you agree to transfer ownership of your car to me"


Anyway, where has the OP gone? I can't wait to hear how he has been able to stick it to "Company A" using THE LAW backed up by his banks legal team. Hopefully he will have also got some compo out of them, the bds!
