What luxury undercover 4x4?
Discussion
Only had it for a couple of weeks....it's very good - gave a work colleague a lift last week...."what is it....skoda?...vauxhall?" (hmmm) got inside.."so it's the thinking mans A6" hmmm..again...go and have a look at one...there's not many around but they are fab...even in.."cappucino beige"...back to your original post... I think this is the perfect colour for "dodgy council estates"

No connection etc...just bought a 10 month old one (in black) for 20k...260bhp, 3.6, V6, 4x4, enormous spec, "biggest boot in class", all the toys you're after and more, 0-60 in 6.5 secs..."sounds like a Golf"...if you're into that....very rare car...really good rear sensors for multi storeys..this one has the "extremely nonedescript colour" you're after
Good Luck

They remap to 300bhp or so. Lovely little discreet rocketships. It's here

Absolutely huge inside as well, you can lose entire tribes in the estate's boot!
Shogun or a Landcruiser for me.
The only problem with either of these (and pretty much any 4x4) is the height. I'm a landlord & often find myself down at a tip with the remains of an ex-tenants belongings or knackered cookers & most of the tips I seem to go to seem to have ridiculously low height barriers (2 metres was one last week - a lot of people couldn't walk under that!) which rule them out. I use a trailer to get crap shifted & it saves me having to clean the car out afterwards

Almost . . .
Only thing missing is the higher driver position of a true 4x4.
Seems almost rude to ask, when you've come up with a great solution.
But is there anything similar to this but has a higher driving position on the road?

Seems like a good excude to post a pic of the car I overtook last week. Sorry for the incredibly poor photos
My mate has a Nissan X-trail, has a massive spec, leather, reverse cam for easy parking, not too big, but big enough to get large loads in the rear. Has a nice ride, 2.5v6 has a bit of go to it.
You could easily lose it, really is an unremarkably looking vehicle. Also cheap as chips. Are chips still cheap? 17p for a bag when I was at school.

Old enough to be nonedescript (especially with the boggo 16" wheels rather than the bling 18's), new enough to be car thief resistant what with its electronic immobilisers etc. and yet still sumptuous as as plush thing inside.
Being a millionaire, I doubt 4.6 v8 fuel costs and bork factor will worry him too much?
