Nerd hat on

Traditionally Ferrari's naming convention was
Coupe ‎- GTB = Gran Turismo Berlinetta‎
‎Targa top‎ - GTS = Gran Turismo Spyder
Full convertible - Spider

So for example the 348 and 355 had three models GTB / GTS and a Spider

This is just the 812 GTS, as it is not a full convertible it is not a spider in my mind.

Some details on the engine might be an idea. NA? SC? Turbo? Engineering info please.
Do keep up at the back - it's an 812 Superfast in essence. V12 n/a, 6.5 litres, 800 BHP and it's redlined at 9000.
Cheers. I'm not up on ferrari these days. Impressive for NA. Would be lovely in an Ultima

Pet hate: Reviews or stories of convertible cars with no roof-up picture.
There's a (brief) picture of it with its roof up in the official Ferrari video, which is well worth watching anyway (apart from the irritatingly cool character who's driving it!) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I4q3USGa7sA

I agree that it looks great in grey - I think it's the Grigio Silverstone. Generally, I think the bigger cars look much better in dark / muted colours. This would look all wrong in red or yellow.

I wonder if crowdfunding might work ...

Still looks way to busy for my taste, but that subtle grey makes it quite palatable. In terms of the 'religious' experience of the engine as per the article, well, I'm a believer.
agreed

but you defiantly need one of these V12s in your collection before they are banned for ever and open top would be the best way to enjoy the noise
