Which at the time yesterday, is quite possibly one of the funniest things I've ever seen on here.

That pose looks like an 'engage' one, ala "warp one, engage" just after the away team has beamed back from the amagosa observatory before the the amagosa star collapse shockwave hits them... kinda thing

It's getting tiresome... We've had various 'fads' over the years, but this one will, I think, prove more annoying than the others. I put forward a motion to sinbin anyone who uses the term hence forth.
You can't ban someone 'hence forth'What about a new member who joins, who might have a 335d, and wants to genuinely argue it's corner vs an M3 or something?
Signup T&C's... paragraph 4, point 74, thou shall not mention x35d BMW variants on Pistonheads...?
Sorry, but that is a Labour level of over-reaction to something and nothing!

Glad some people are beginning to see this is well OTT.
Well as I stated above, I had a genuine question - which was followed by some light hearted banter.I don't want to see it get locked and binned, like lots of topics seem to be. It stayed clean for 20 pages at least.

I have to be honest, I agree, it did start to lose the humour somewhat, which is why i stopped posting (and tbh reading), expecting it to die a death...
But of course, you wouldn't let it lie
Oh, and for those going on about "PH isnt what it used to be" - THIS IS EXACTLY how it was 4 years ago, and one of the reasons I stuck around.
Sure, people started taking it all far too seriously in the end, but during the day it was hilarious, and classic PH - and there wasn't any personal attacks or 'bullying', just the mickeytake out of a fanboy attitude, and by association, all fanboys.
Though, as Stuart said, I think this threads run its course, and the best thing to do is to let it die a graceful death, and let the "335d (mapped)" die with it, so it doesn't become another over-used PH cliche..
It would be such a shame if such a funny, good humoured thread ended on a sour note and needed to be locked or deleted...

Bill Gates was estimated to be worth approximately $40 billion in 1998. At that age - 44, let's predict that he lives another 40 years. Assuming he retires tomorrow, and never earns a dime of interest, in order to deplete his funds at a constant rate over the next 40 years, he would have to spend $1 billion (or $1000 million) a year! That's $83 million a month, $19 million a week, or breaking it down further, he would have to spend over $114,000 an hour, day and night, for 40 years. Bill Gates, ladies and gentleman, is a rich man. But he doesn't own a 335d(mapped).
