I also like those phase 2 in Black (Black Gold), lovely.

this looks great as well, Deep Bonze

hm, they came in more colours then I thought, nice, click on a colour and the car in that colour shows.
phase 1 only 3 colours, but the phase 2 in 12 colours, cool.

I think there was only one bronze car in the UK. I could be wrong.

I nearly bought one of these back in 2004 for £8k. The test drive revealed a very compromised car. The turning circle was woeful, it wasn’t very fast at all and the the interior was plasticky.

My bad, as that car would have made me cash money.

Morning All

My V6 experience

I had a phase 2 back when they were new think the colour was called Mars Red. As I am sure you all know NO storage and I remember my first fast drive nearly put in a hedge ??. Great fun car defo needed 50 more bhp and got a lot of looks. But thinking back when they were new it was an older customer that bought them as the price new for a Clio was high and it was a garage queen ??. My V6 was a daily ?? driven hard everyday. I remember having a crazy idea to replace the back engine cover with a clear cover like the Ferrari 360/430 I think it would look great to show off the rear engine but sadly it never happened. Didn’t have it long got a M3 CSL next ??

Some odd comments here, IMO.
Had my ph2 for 15yrs now. Bought and used as a daily with no intention of investment. Now on 50k and been super reliable. Will never sell as it is such a wonderful thing. With proper rubber and some respect for the weight of a big high engine in the back it handles extremely well, even in wet and snow. Sure plenty of more modern stuff faster a to b, but that misses the point.
This is junior exotic.
