2.4ltr engine and a dash to 60 in 6.3 seconds - Pathetic.
Hardly pathetic rolleyes Its a sports car made for fun driving and cornering, not a dragster.
That's the whole point isn't it? I have a GT86 and it's such an enjoyable car to drive, I've no idea what its 0-60 time is as I've never tried it, although I know it would also be classed as 'pathetic' (even though mine has been mildly tweeked).

I also have an Audi Estate, also tweaked and a far quicker car, well acceleration wise anyway, it is also soulless and for me just a work horse rather than a car I enjoy driving.

Hats off to Toyota for giving us the GT86, the GR Yaris and now the GR86, I will certainly be considering getting one.

My GT86 is the lowest powered and slowest car in my garage but it is also the most fun to drive. Many men mix the two up.

Yep, measured against a stopwatch I am quite sure that my Diesel Estate car is comfortably quicker off the line, and when mashing the pedal in a 30-50 overtake than my other car which is an Elise.

I'd challenge anyone to try and convince me the Diesel Estate car is the 'sportier' or better to drive of the two!

You either 'get' the GT86 or you dont (and in which case you probably are better off in that Turbo/auto TT). Toyota know this too.

Any news on when we might get to have a look at them in the UK?
