Aha, if you had said that I wouldn't have asked.... smile
I was thinking he meant an Astravan or a 320d!
Of course the other difference is you need a MUCH larger set of balls, not too mention bigger swag bag of talent to pilot the LC.

80's chassis, steering box, pliant suspension, zero driver aids beyond ABS and the small matter of circa 400lbft (they had way over the stated amount) going through the rears means that it is a proper challenge
You should try an MR2 Turbo with 430bhp and no driver aids. Might make your head pop. wink
Seriously though, i dont find it anymore difficult to drive than my daily car, they are not on/off switches. I'd argue since there are no driver aids you are more in tune with what the car is doing and where the limit is.

I don't know, as i've stated previously, we're all going soft. I applaude cars like LC which had power back to you.

I was lucky enough to drive one of these in the late 90's, at the time it was pretty spectacular and I imagine it still is.

Of all the 90s “legend” cars, this is the one I would still want, other than maybe an escort cosworth. Ultimate sleeper barge and still top trumps winning fast.
