RE: PH Fleet: the Harris collection

Listing all this stuff isn't really my thing: Stuart, Dan and Garlick thought people would like to see the shambles up close. It's all up-together and well looked-after, if you'll excuse the odd bit of dust.
Next steps are probably to sell the 4.0 RS for the reasons explained and get something else. Would love a 'Grale, or an E30 M3. Or a 3-dr Cossie. Or any one of several dozen cars that do it for me.
Maybe just re-attach myself to the drip once more and get a C63 Black Series? What a car that is.
One constant in the whole process is that whatever happens, it won't have been predicted by me or anyone else.
How much are Meharis?
Chris i remember u wrote the original Autocar Road test on the BMW E46 M3 Coupe back in 2001 which i still have...are u not tempted by a E46 M3 CSL given ur a bit of a M3 fan....?Next steps are probably to sell the 4.0 RS for the reasons explained and get something else. Well, that is nice to see a very varied and very attainable accumulation for just about any hard-working petrolhead, the only thing that is hideously expensive is that GT3 RS! Just how do you handle that super-heavy clutch in the Porsche Harris? I tried it once and could now believe how much weightier it is than other 'normal' 911s..

Absolutely love the Rangie, proper workhorse. And the M5 - very tidy, one of my all time favourites.
Ditch the W merc, chose between one of your French fancies, and flog the Landy for whatever you can. looking froward to hearing more about this fleet.
You sir, have impeccable taste.

As a side, why do we say 'You sir' so much on PH, are we so eloquent, polite or both?

haha not sure, its catching isnt it! Not sure why i put it, guess I find it quite refreshing that someone who has driven all sorts and manners of cars, yet keeps such an amazing variety of classic metal, many of which i experienced/ can relate to when i was 'growing up'!As a side, why do we say 'You sir' so much on PH, are we so eloquent, polite or both?

Can anyone give an updated list of Chris' collection. I love his choices of cars and agree with most of them.
Which ones are gone and which ones are new?
There's the 2CV, the Testarossa, the E30 Evo, what else?
I'll take the first stab:Which ones are gone and which ones are new?
There's the 2CV, the Testarossa, the E30 Evo, what else?

2CV
L322 FF Range Rover
512TR
Plus i presume
The Merc Cab
AX GT
205 XS

And something with two wheel.
Would this mean the Mr Porsche ( ) doesn't own any pork?!?
