I'm guessing about 12 seconds. 1967 HR Holden 3.0l 6 cyl. Was a bit quicker than that when I'd finished with it smile

11.8 seconds. Fiesta Supersport. Sounded quicker with the Peco big bore on though smile

One does not believe the 1985(C) Ford Fiesta Popular Plus could attain speeds of 60mph.

10 seconds if you really thrashed it.

Comparatively fast, probably, for a first car, you'd think, but "all" the power was at the very top of the rev range and it was extremely slow in normal driving conditions.
In retrospect the insurance bill was not worth it.

I'm probably higher up the list with 5.8, although don't think it gives me any kind of credit. The car was (and still is) a '96 Audi S6 Avant 4.2 manual.

E36 318ti - about 9ish to 60mph. Not that quick but 0-50 came up a lot sooner. I had a Vectra SRi 130 when I was learning but i never drove it briskly as it was a bit knackered. In theory it would have been about the same I imagine/

'99 Nissan Micra 1.0 - 16.4s. Which I am sure I achieved very day leaving my folks driveway into a 50 limit road biggrin. Thrashed the ever living st out of that car at 17/18. It just refused to die.
