Selling a car to an Italian

An Italian gent has agreed to buy my car (advertised on PH) and I would like to run things past you guys to make sure everything is on the level. So what do you reckon, and TIA
Here is a copy of his email request:
"OK, we can proceed with the deal @ 9k gbp
If you can send me copy of the documents of the car, a bill of sale with your bank details (IBAN and BIC/SWIFT) and your phone number, my friend will pay the car via bank transfer this week and i will send the transporter (that is a friend of mine) the week later (for sure after you will receive the money in your bank account!)"
