....for a burgungy or red Ford Transit, partial reg "MV53" with a silver "Ford" sticker on the bottom of the door. White male driver calling himself "James" on the Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Lincolnshire boarder area. Entering isolated farms and country houses, asking questions about livestock and generally casing sites.

He was stopped on a farm messing about with an electric fence apparently "lost" then asked a lot of questions about the livestock and horse, he was later caught in a stables less than a quarter of a mile up the road and seen driving around later that night.

I was thinking horse thief or thief in general. Horse tack sells and is virtually untraceable.


A chap tried to take a horse near where I live a few years ago, got kicked and tried to sue the owner because he broke his hip. rolleyes
