handbrake failing

I had all four pads replaced on my skoda Octavia vrs recently and since then I have found my handbrake failing. Twice I have found my car in rolled off the drive, and since leaving it in gear have found it rolls when I engage the clutch with the handbrake on.

I always let the cool down after a spirited drive yet it keeps happening. Aside from really yanking the handbrake...can anyone suggest anything?

Garage I got it done at is a few hour drive away (near family), and they have always been good to me. Wanted to see if it could be pads settling in etc! Will contact them about seeing it when I'm next there!

Pads were fitted around 500 mikes ago, bit a.lot of that is motorway/relaxed driving
