Seeing as my n/s/f tyre was illegal, and had been for a few weeks (come on, rage at me phers), i took the plunge and went into kwik fit.
I'd had a price from ATS but they didnt have the tyre in stock, Kwik Fit did but it was about £4 more.
I was a bit apprehensive when i parked the ST in front of the young apprentice boy, but in fairness, i was in and out within 10 minutes. Nice new tyre, (filled with nitrogen for some reason), no damage to the wheel or anything like that.
Car now doesnt judder at speed or under heavy braking (rage at me some more, ph).
All for £89. Got a right proper nasty cheapo ditchfinder on the front now (some of you must be ready to explode by now).
So, i know places like kwik fit sometimes have a bit of a crappy reputation, but i cant report any problems. In fact, i was most suprised how quick and courteous they were.

Thats the same size i'm after i need 2, what make is it, getting some prices tomorrow, are they still doing the 25% off?
I guess they are, because the receipt total was less than the initial cost of the tyre. The one from Kwitfit was an Arrowspeed. The one from ATS was a Riken.
