Devils advocaat but he might not be aware he's blocking your drive. It can't be hard to find which house they're working at. Just let him know, if he gets cocky then you can presume he knew and doesnt give a toss then either give a bit of grief, belittle him in front of his mates saying 'my wife can park better than that Muriel' or knock him out.
Upto you
I know which house they should be in, but it looks like they have all wandered off somewhere as i said in my original post

(EDIT) City response now moved, just need to track down the painter now

The painter has just turned up, when I pointed out he had blocked our drive, he just replied, "so what, I'm only blocking a little bit of it, you should have a smaller car, then you would have got out".

What a total piss boiler.

Little footnote

The painter hasn't returned today.

City response have 3 vans here, all parked up out of the way, and causing no problems to anyone.

I would like to thank the guy from city response who posted on here, whatever was said to the driver obviously worked smilesmile

Classic example of how easy it is for a business/individual to turn a negative into a positive.
Quite, it's a shame that woman in Bath didn't take the same view
