Chaps - very quickly, any recommendations for custom stainless exhaist fabricators and fitters - either in/around the M25 south east/South West London?

I am going to see Powerflow in Bromley on Saturday - but they are really semi-bespoke. Know of anyone fully bespoke in the area?

I went to see someone in Ashford while I was down there looking at a car (Zero Exhausts). Nice chap, but too far away for convenience, and pretty pricey for what I wanted (£700 - I think he saw the car and just decided I'd pay loads just for the hell of it!).

Job is to replace the two side exit silencers (they sit under the running boards) on a Morgan Aero 8 with smaller, lighter and louder stainless items.

Any help appreciated.

I'd forgotten about H&S. Sadly a bit out of my way for Saturday's itinerary (starting at Brands Hatch and basically heading across to Virginia Water in Surrey), but worth a drive out on another day...

To be honest, I am not that bothered about a semi-bespoke system. As long as it is of a decent quality, sounds good and fits well, I'll be happy. Frankly, the standarsd Morgan side exhaust is rubbish - poor quality, no character whatsoever, and weighs a tonne. And their prices for custom cat back systems are laughable.

A Powerflow would be an improvement, and I am not about to spend £700 on a pair of silencers just because they are fully bespoke unless there is a real step up in quality - that's just silly.

Chap up north did the job for another Aero owner for £300, and fit, quality and result were great. Trouble is, that's in Rotherham. I'm not going to Rotherham.

Solid Fabrications in Brixton.

Not used them myself but come very highly rated.
This is around the corner from me (I'm Dulwich) - will definitely look them up.

ETA - just spoke to Alan at Solid Fabrications, very nice chap, said to pop in and have a chat. Shall do - 10 minutes' drive. Shall also speak to Powerflow in Bromley, to get a sense of pricing/bespoke levels of work.

Just to say - a certain Powerflow dealer in Bromley. Bad experience. Despite having phoned and said I would be coming in, was told after arrival that they could not see me as they were too busy (he has ten to do today mate, and he's having to rush them" - not encouraging), and to come back during the week. Front of shop person was rude and dismissive.

I was reporgramming the satnav to head to Dunsfold when he walked out of the office for a fag. Saw the car, probably saw £ signs, and immediately became super-helpful and fawning.

Bunch of cocks - avoid. I would rather give my money to a sole trader who loves his work and knows how to deal with customers. If this was their sales/front of house service, I dread to think what their designers and fitters are like.
