Cheapest car you can find with Tow Hitch

I need to tow a trailer with advertising on it to local lay bys and leave it there for the day with the car and collect at the end of the day.

Ideally I am after 12 month tax and MOT and something that is sort of reliable for the price (thinking around £500 or under !!) Obviously small mileage so engine size or fuel type not a concern.

Any ideas?

Great find and near, pity he is not adding in tax - looks like he will want £200 for that.
