Sickness eruption... Best way to clean

My we boy has just had a barf eruption in the back of the car! as i type the wife is out with a bucket of detol and cloths. Any tips on how to ensure the sour stinky smell dose not take hold.

KFC popcorn snack box and diet cola, think there maybe a Fredo bar in there somewhere too!
