Tax Disc Holder Help

Need some help please...

I've got a 25 year old Vauxhall and I have got the original supplying dealer tax disc holder. However, the clear sticky parts around the circumference of the holder has lost its stickiness.

I'd really like to retain the main central part of the holder, with the dealer name/logo in order to retain the original feel of the car, so was wondering if anyone is aware of, or has used a company which can take the central part and give it a new outer surround so that it can be stuck to the windscreen?

It still has the original rear window dealer sticker and radio code stickers and for those that remember still has the 'Vauxhalls love unleaded' sticker, so having the tax disc holder would finish it off nicely,

Hi, thanks for the replies.

Yes, it is the smooth clingy type rather than a glued type.

After 25 years I think it is exhausted and cannot be restored to its forum glory so it's going to be a case of Re-doing it or getting a dealer spec copy.
