Whatever the correct term is can anyone recommend a good one?

thanks,

the rigid frame ones look to be more of a fiddle to set up but have advantages for getting the car in and out more often.

do they allow for trickle chargers to be connected?

I've been reading some 1981 road tests. Hilariously one of the testers commented on the garish graphics and said how he thought they would date badly. They've dated alright but only goodly!

You're spot on Peter, Lotus reduced the size of the 'Turbo Esprit' graphics by the mid-eighties.

Now though they just don't quite hit the spot.
