Dark purple black metallic paint examples

I am looking for a metallic paint colour that is a very dark purple / black type colour. Have been looking at Jaguar Black Amethyst but it only has a purple hint in very bright sunlight. Not knowing whats available from every manufacturer im here to ask for help. If you know of any dark black purple metallic type colours, doesnt have to be current range, that you think might fit my criteria can you leave the name and if possible a picture of a car in that colour below.

What is the name of the Skyline colour guys?

Possibly which is why I have discounted a few for being too lairy from the list that has been produced so far. Ive seen a car in Porsche Amethyst today and its too in your face. I am really looking for something that looks black most of the time but purple in the right light. Jaguar Amethyst should in theory fit the bill but you need to get it into very bright sunlight to see anything other than black and in the UK thats not gonna happen more than 2 days a year

Worth looking at Range Rover 'Barossa' which is a very dark metallic purple, I used it on my '68 Cooper S when I had it restored a couple of years ago. When I open the garage door it looks jet black but pulling the car out into the daylight you can see the colour which almost looks like blackcherry... difficult to show exactly what it's like in a photo but here goes...

Interesting. In the picture that Jazzer77 posted above of a Range Rover wearing it, it looked brown. I think i might see if I can find a car in that colour to have a look

My wife had a Nissan juke in 'nightshade' which was black until it got into the sun. Then it turned a lovely hue of purple.

Paint was very soft though!
