I had thought that from the look of it they were following too closely and as the ST jinked away from the van at last moment it left the police car with too little time to react, whether it was that or '' gearbox issues '' as the guy above posted, im not sure.

With regards to the 160mph video i can post it in the OP when im home, there were also some wonderfully scummy photos and status updates that are worthy of upload for people without FB.

I feel for the lawyer that has to take to his defence, can you imagine beginning to try to justify or mitigate that lot? His last brilliant scheme saw him robbing a crown prosecutors handbag, when it went inevitably pear shaped the last defence was to try to blame it on his '' aspergers''. Full blown retardation seems like what id go for this time and id probably succeed given so many examples from Facebook.
