I have a friend who's recently done this after a 4 day stay. he didn't pay and just tailed someone out

I'm presuming that the airport carpark will have something in place to detect this but he's so insistent and confident they won't that he's betting me £100 that he won't receive a letter within 3 months

should I take the bet? (he's trustworthy to come good on it if he does get a letter and has paid out on other silly bets between us)

If i clocked someone doing that behind me out of an airport carpark I would shop them myself.

Haha, is it rude to report a crime now? Perhaps WCZ and WJNB could share some guidance on what crimes it is and is not acceptable to ignore? Is shoplifting ok? What if I see someone getting mugged - is it rude to report that too?
hmm, well we have been friends since we were kids and I feel like me not ringing up the airport and notifying them doesn't constitute ignoring this crime

if it was a life long friend that mentioned to you casually that he'd avoided parking fees would you notify ncp or whoever?

Does not compute.
haha, I understand what you mean - he's just one of those people who doesn't have respect for any big business but would never steal from friends or a small shop. I'm sure everyone knows one.
