This was posted on another thread and is a real rubbish plate IMO of course....

Maybe high time we have a thread for these chav plates especially with ANPR they are now getting rarer.

PEN 15 isn't on the DVLA database, it must be on a retention cert

Maybe it's just me, but I reckon having that as your numberplate is far more likely to indicate that you are one, rather than that you have one.....

You need to delete the picture of 2BE and NOT2B as it has been quoted at least a dozen times in the 'real good plates' thread which is where they belong.

I saw UAL 1X on a BMW today heading towards Harrogate, plate was spaced as U AL1X
