My old 996 had no rear wiper & it did get on my nerves. One that function wins over looks for me

I've not used mine. I'm deliberately not using it to see if I can live without it. Maybe after another 12 months I'll know for sure.

BBS LM are the best wheel ever. On any marque.

In six years I have never used the rear wiper on mine, even when it was a daily driver. Rain-X on the rear window to make the water bead up and it just rolls off once you start moving. Proper wiper delete is a bit spendy though, for something that doesn't really bother me.

I think I've used mine once since I bought the car in December. It's garaged and I've lived with cars without a rear wiper before, just pop some rain x on the back window and it'll be fine biggrin

I've done rear wiper delete. Plug bought from alloy and carbon. Painted and delivered for £30 ish. No issues with rain as once moving screen clears. Not even used rain x just a coat of polish.

Thinking of deleting my rear wiper; if only to stop me seeing it out of the corner of my eye and mistaking it for a vehicle about to crash into me yikes

Bigger than the air - cooled but still not 991 big and analogue ... no RWS and electronics ... this does not even have ABS

Lovely cars. Presumably you have an adjustable bias similar to the 997 Cup?

Great cars.

Daily use no problem. Cheap to run. Can carry the family about. Awesome on a track. Very moddable (is that a word?!)

Love them.

When I saw the picture I immediately saw the numberplate and checked your profile whether it is a 'real' CSR.
Turns out it is Retro CSR. So do you have the interior? Would you mind posting some more pictures?

Great, great cars those!! bow
