What do you love about the 996?

My old 996 had no rear wiper & it did get on my nerves. One that function wins over looks for me

I've not used mine. I'm deliberately not using it to see if I can live without it. Maybe after another 12 months I'll know for sure.

BBS LM are the best wheel ever. On any marque.

In six years I have never used the rear wiper on mine, even when it was a daily driver. Rain-X on the rear window to make the water bead up and it just rolls off once you start moving. Proper wiper delete is a bit spendy though, for something that doesn't really bother me.

I think I've used mine once since I bought the car in December. It's garaged and I've lived with cars without a rear wiper before, just pop some rain x on the back window and it'll be fine

I've done rear wiper delete. Plug bought from alloy and carbon. Painted and delivered for £30 ish. No issues with rain as once moving screen clears. Not even used rain x just a coat of polish.

Thinking of deleting my rear wiper; if only to stop me seeing it out of the corner of my eye and mistaking it for a vehicle about to crash into me

When I saw the picture I immediately saw the numberplate and checked your profile whether it is a 'real' CSR.
Turns out it is Retro CSR. So do you have the interior? Would you mind posting some more pictures?
