What a cluttered, over-designed, mess frown

Not unique to Porsche though; BMW, Audi, Mercedes - they have all lost the plot IMO.
Have you seen the new M3?
Whatever happened to the clean sweeping lines of a talented designer.

It’s one thing that the 911 has become so big, but it just looks like a car that has been designed by a committee, with each member competing to make their contribution the most fussy.

That pic and colour scheme make the new ‘garden’ 992GT3 looks more almost more extreme than any preceding RS.

It’s not subtle.

Certainly too busy. If we didn't know better, it's an RS. Not my cup of tea, but plenty will like the that.
It'd be touring or bust for me!

Overstyled & overweight...the cars aswell as the 'usuals' who've secured 1st dibs, in my experience biggrin.

You sure.

I wouldn't touch any sports car if I was overweight. You'd be to uncomfortable and struggle getting in and out of it.

this mr JWW tier1 influencer chap - latest video - 29 minutes of him deliberating what spec to choose with the online configurator for his allocation - twenty nine minutes....

slightly different back in 2003 when one had to spend 30 seconds deciding if you wanted red or blue wheels/stickers, steels or PCCBs for your 996 GT3 RS order.

i really am not cut out for 2021 GT3 ownership, that is for sure.

To me it looks like it is trying too hard for benefits which are very marginal ... and in some respects worse.

But that's why I bought a GT Silver 991.2 GT3, so I am biased.

I remain amenable to persuasion ... but the jury is out.

MR JWW has a PTS slot, June/July delivery, no need to buy the watch.

Porsche are better than that. They don't need Influencers. So Mr JWW gets an allocation. Do Porsche pay him 25K for the privilege?
It'll be the OPC giving him the slot rather than Porsche I would think....I guess whenever he gets the car it'll be obvious from his video. If he's name dropping the dealer left right and centre and it's not a Porsche GB owned dealer it'll be nothing to do with Porsche GB/AG.
IMO that a hole should go bury his face in a field of cow pats after the Litchfield debacle

His car will come from Scotish dealer I guess

That JWW dude is actually quite good as an influencer.

He definitely influenced quite a few prospective 992 GT3 punters not to buy it.

Yay yoh yay grossly overlarge and blingy watch cringefest.
