I got offered £85k which I’m still mulling over. I think it’s the interest rates killing demand at the moment as pcp options offputting for many.
Sounds about right, but rates may be softening soon, supply of manuals is also tightening so, a couple of weeks ago there were around 17 cars now just 8. If you don't mind me asking why are you thinking of selling?
I'simply that i've got an ftype r cab which we tend to use more and I'd potentially rather put this cash in to something nice but with 4 proper seats.

Very interesting comparison, I think the non GT 911s have become a bit too clinical since the 991.2 generation which is probably why you'd prefer the rawness of the F type for special drives despite its flaws

On that note regarding the 991.1, the lack of PSE naturally leads to a lower price, I was wondering if it was possible and how much it would likely cost to get it fitted ‘after the fact’ and would it be possible to have it integrated in the same way as factory and operated from the button on the console?

Assume exhaust do-able but didn’t realise there was a different engine map too. Would this all be possible post purchase on a model without the factory PSE?

Guess weighing up if a car has ‘what you want’ except the PSE if the price difference can make it workable later down the line perhaps?
PSE retrofit by OPC is possible historically, 911UK members have had it done. IIRC it's about £2k....

Looks great value at sub £50k. More desirable manual too.

Is that the sold price or price guide for an upcoming auction?

The lower end of the 991.1 market is stagnant, with lots of higher mileage cars coming up to a year on sale at low 40s.

If the 991.2 market continues to move downwards, it might encourage cars to get moving.

Meanwhile, there is only one 991.2 Carrera T in the entire UK Porsche approved used network at £75k…

Strange times.

Do you have the link for the 992 you want to sell?

The most recent monetary policy report suggests the BoE is to slowly cut rates to 3.75% over the next 3 years. It’s been pretty widely reported, I’m no financial whizz kid. The forecast trend for U.K. rates is down.

That's exactly what I’ve been offered for mine—a 23 March Manual. Honestly, it’s a tough decision. In my opinion, what can you get for £85,000 that matches the quality and novelty of a 992 T? Plus, the worst of the depreciation is behind you. In two years, you might get a trade-in offer of £70,000 to £75,000, making it relatively affordable motoring from here on out.

Yes but it's quite high mile, wrong steering wheel, no hard back seats and a sunroof in a pretty boring overall spec. It probably reached somewhere near its trade price, seller hoping for more.

Auctions OK maybe for a rare or sought after car but for run of the mill stuff the only winner is the Auction house.

Doesn't look cheap to me, price on the money

IMO black not desirable, gets way too hot and hard to keep clean!
