Looks like the days of inflated prices on these are over. Although they are listed for sale at premium prices, the reality at the moment is quite different. I was offered today a car with the correct spec (club sport, lift, full leather, manual, PCCBs) 18/18 with 954 miles at 5k behind list. It is at the dealers on an SOR and has not shifted for 2 months. I would imagine, at that price the owner would be expecting to get 10k behind list
I think the reason is that there are simply too many for sale.

By behind do you mean below?I think the reason is that there are simply too many for sale.
So that car would be about 130k say new, so you were offered it for 125k?
Id be very interested if that was the case?

Well not on autotrader and piston heads either lol
No wonder it's not sold.
But there are quite a few people who would jump at that deal I know of.
So sounds a bit far fetched.
It could be the the Sapphire blue one which would have cost £133K new exc the 2k showroom tax,,Which means he was offered it for £128K..!No wonder it's not sold.

I find that extremely hard to believe as only last friday i was offered £145K for my Nov 17 RY PDK GT3 with 2K on the odo..It cost me £131K new exc tax..And this was a straight trade deal as i needed the money to fund a Ferrari purchase..

It’s not sold in 2 months because the dealer hasnt told anyone it’s for sale FFS DOH
I think its the Newcastle SB one which has been for sale for a long time..Its up for £155K with a great spec and at £133K new with £5K less than list they'll accept £128K.I'll give them a call first thing tomorrow and if true i'll buy it.
As Taffy has confirmed I've also been bid £15k over list trade for my 2k mile 18 18 white 'manuel' clubsport from a well known OPC buyer. £130k list. They would retail it at £154k. Not selling till next year. Even then may keep it. It's the sweet spot.
Sapphire is ok on the GT4. Not so good on the GT3 for resale.
I call custard.
