I'd change the seats and door cards to black and leave the rest as is. Looks like a decent buy.

I've seen the car about a month ago when I was collecting my 360.

It looks nice but the wife didn't like it.

Other than the interior colour it looked sharp.

Hope that helps

I actually saw that car: dropped my Stradale and picked up my 964RS there. Super nice and much better in real life.

I'm on the conservative side in general (my RS is black!) but that 993 is actually stunning and sounding good.
The green inside is actually quite nice, not as dark as one would think, almost look like the reverberation of the windscreen on the leather. Also make is it a lot less dark than more typical black or grey interior.

If I hadn't found the 64RS, that particular 993 would have been mine.

My advice: go check it out, listen to her...and you might end up with a rare super nice 993!

Ahahah funny...my wife loved it and actually asked why we didn't buy it rather than the "less comfortable" RS !

I also think the photos don't do the car justice.

Cannot see that its a 4S, looks much better in the flesh.

Thrasher: Do I have your old Strad? Red with black leather?

Mine was rosso scuderia (more orangy) with black alcantara,1 lady owner before me
ST04RAD was mine (far right on the pic) Only sold because it wasn't black or TdF, I need subtle as in leave in Central London

Mine is the one on the left.

I love it, it's just an Epic car.

Thrasher why did you sell?

Simply because it wasn't black or TdF, it would have been, we would have kept it (we bought red cause it was just too good not to, but it just was the wrong color for me)
...and after years of searching we finally found a 964RS.

I'd go and view the car as it is - the colour's very hard to photograph. Everyone who's seen mine has said it looks much better "in the flesh". It would never have been my first choice but I've really grown to like it - to the point of turning down a complete black interior which I could have had for about £500.

Here's a picture, but it doesn't help - you definitely need to see it and sit in it (you may not have thought of this but from the driver's seat you see less of the colour of an interior).
