They will have paid £6k buyer's premium. So the car will have been £76k.

Thought it was 6% up to £6k? £74,200 in that case. Maybe worth £80k to someone, I think £85k is a bit strong. Lovely car though...

Sorry, I stand corrected.

Anyway, same car as CC and with a mark-up.

How’s everyone getting on with their GTSs?

I am going to get on the hunt for a manual car I think. Not too bothered if rwd or 4wd and would entertain coupe or cab. Slim pickings mind you.

Still love the 997 and the GTS is such a nice thing..

my 4 year hunt for a manual 997GTS with buckets in solid Black (not basalt), the centre lock wheels, extended leather interior and all the bells and whistles continues.

I bought mine two and a bit years ago, with 6k on it, now has just under 10, I don't get to drive it enough, but when I do it's an ideal mix of modern enough and analog. I may move it on this year as the amount of use it gets isn't enough and it's just too nice an example to leave around, even with professional storage doing all the work to keep it warm and cosy

I’m not driving mine enough (common story) but still love it. Looking forward to my 9th year of ownership anniversary biggrin

Done roughly 6k in my aero-kitted manual in the last two and a half years and still love it. The miles were interrupted by a manual 991.2 GT3 I bought a year ago, which is a whole different beast. I'm forever asking myself if I had to sell one which it would be - which is a testament to the depth and brilliance of the GTS when compared to a GT3 that's six years younger.

High praise indeed for the GTS.

How on earth do you come to that conclusion?

t is. I think of it like this: I'm in love with the GTS, but I'm in awe of the GT3. But then I've not had the GT3 on track yet, so I haven't experienced at least 50% of its capabilities. You might say it's the best first world problem you could ever imagine.
