Looks absolutely stunning Chris. Even better than expected.

Do you want to swap it for a Grahpite Blue version that is fully run in? It’s even got a very squeaky sunroof for added aural pleasure!

Enjoy the collection and the wait was definitely worth it.

Genuinely squeaky roof? I'm still considering my spec...

Not saying none of them squeak, tho' 4,000 miles now on my GTS with the roof mostly tilted or open at any opportunity and haven't heard a peep out of it.

Cheers mate, really looking forward to this morning. Sorry to hear about the roof, my old one did that and it drove me nuts.

Squeaky roof, creaking dash and a loud creak from the passenger rear side. Been lazy with dropping it in to get them all looked at but it is starting to grate now.

My last one with a roof was great but not sure I would spec one again tbh.

How was your drive to work today Tuffer - I bet you went the long way there and and even longer way on the way back. I drove mine to work today and it's surprising how small the car parking spaces suddenly look!

I was originally told a date of April/May for mine but then received an email from my dealer on Monday saying they needed my signed order form with exact final spec by Thursday (yesterday).

I obviously questioned this as I thought I had loads of time left but she said Porsche have requested earlier lock downs for Jan build cars, so I can only assume I have a Jan build car?

Definitely seems to have been some allocations released this week for Jan/Feb so fingers crossed. As I went for pts I was told to expect another 3-4 months on top of that too.

So I don’t really know, but if it’s going to come in Feb, I probably need to wait until March to pick it up, which should allow it to be ppf’d I guess.

Not getting excited yet though.

Mine was built early and I'm convinced they are making them quicker than they are letting on so as not to appear too quick for a premium brand

Must admit, I was dubious about green oak, but that looks really classy, and I also like the wheels.

I agree with the comment that it no longer looks like a gts, but I do like it.

I’ve also gone for a subtle green, viper......

Going off at a tangent slightly -

https://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/...

Has anyone seen this at Romans - Seems cheap to me for a manual 3.8 GTS?

Thoughts? driving

Sorry for disturbing the new owner feed -love the pastel orange one, definitely different - but great for daring to do so!

Thanks,
I used to own a 70s 2.7s is Signal Orange. Pastel was the closest I could get to this. The PTS window takes a long time to sort. Might as well make it worth while. Its the only Pastel T-4 GTS.2 on the planet in this colour.....Though not sure if that's a good point....Lol

Collected car on Friday morning and headed straight over to Wales and some of my favourite back roads. 500 miles in, its epic.

My backyard and the same road Lowndes took his new GT3 a few weeks ago..Can you clarify where the last picture was taken because i can't pin it down exactly.
By the way your Oak green GTS looks even better out and about in deepest wild Wales.

How long was yours with the pts then, as I’ve been given the impression mine won’t take any longer, just luck maybe that I’m hitting a pts production run?

How do you know it’s the only car, can your dealer confirm this for sure for you?

Top picture is Sennybridge Ranges, fond memories of running around there and in a past life so always do that road. Bottom picture is (excuse spelling) Llyn Briane.
