Thanks Schuey that's really useful. Just heard my car is now in the UK so hopefully at the dealer by the end of this week. Finger's crossed not long now.

It's GT Silver and the configuration is PPGAN3M1
Excellent news and a great looking car with a nice spec. Post pictures when you get it! smile

The only experience I can offer is as follows. I’ve had 5 months and 3,500 miles in a silver GTS coupe with an aerokit, no PPF, and as far as I can tell, there aren’t any stone chips….

More importantly though, it’s a brilliant car, and always feels to have way more power than 480bhp and 570Nm would have you believe
stunning car and photo might have missed in previous posts what colour of silver is that

It’s GT silver, with an aero kit, and with the standard GTS ride height. I agree, it does look great..!

Slightly of topic, my 992 Targa GTS drivers seat creaks like a worn out old mattress when driving on a B roads, OPC hasn’t been able to fix the issue, has anyone else encountered this issue and if yes how did they fix it ?

The 992 aero kit polarises opinions somewhat, particularly the rear wing. I like it though.

This picture shows the light and dark highlights in the colour

Forgot to mention I also have the sports design sideskirts, a subtle difference from standard.

The front bumper and splitter of the aero kit does reduce the approach angle, but I don’t have front axle lift, and it hasn’t been a problem.

So, my GTS is scheduled to finish production in the next two weeks. Roughly when do you think I will get the build pictures? And is it via the app or the sales team?

It's a bit random and there's no set timeframe as such. However, typically you'll get pictures via the app (or log in to your 'My Porsche' account online) 2 - 4 weeks after your build has finished. Sales team don't get the pictures, they come direct to you.

My build pictures appeared on the app about a week after I’d collected the car…! You’d think the technology exists for the pictures to be uploaded to the app literally as the build happens….

Cheers guys.

Oh that's a shame. I thought it would have come through real time. How they can make cars the way they do but not auto send images to an app is beyond me haha.

Love the aero kit, it really finishes off the rear.

I've got Aerokit coming on mine in March. Went for Crayon colour with lots of black bits.

That looks stunning, loving the Python Green. What interior have you gone with?

Who are people insured with?

I've just tried to add my GTS onto my multi-car insurance with LV and they won't insure it.

I use NFU multicar policy, they can be quite postcode dependant on their premiums, but worth a call

Seems an awful lot of these for sale with very little mileage, many bought to flip? If so they might get their fingers burnt in this current climate.

Also surprised how many don’t have the Gts interior package, I know it’s an expensive option but thought it was a must have for most.
