There is a place i frequent which isn't a million miles away from there, and they are happy to host car clubs and so on.

Just the other side of Stroud, it's called The Boho Bakery. All of 20 minutes from Kemble, and in fact dead easy from M5 J13.

Excellent coffee and hot chocolate, bacon rolls, scotch eggs, etc.
Ample parking for 50 ish cars

As i said i'm sadly away on your planned date but it's worth a call at least.

Forgot to say that we drove over last Sunday and the airfield generally was closed to the general public completely. Couldn't get anywhere near AV8!

I see the BoHo Bakery has been suggested (I don't know it) but there are several pubs locally with pretty generous parking? (And larger outdoor spaces etc.)

Happy to post suggestions if required as well as some more 'coffee style' places. https://jollynicefarmshop.com/ for example - tons of parking and quite a nice little place
