I don’t get buying a T and not having the unique titanium grey wheels, mirrors and matching trim
The grey wheels are a different grey to the mirrors and decal. I went for Exclusive Design alloys.
The standard or the Spyder wheels are as an ear as dammit matched to the mirrors and trim. I’d want that on a T

I have RS Spyder wheels on my Carrera T and it fits perfectly all Agate Grey accents.

Managed to wang one of the GT3 side skirts on my T on a high bit of curb and the rear end is now hanging a bit low. Hopefully I haven't buggered the connectors and it can just be clipped back on.. My own stupid fault for going to our local Co-op with it's treacherous car park. Will stick to Waitrose in future! Slight scuff to the edge of it but the black unpainted plastic is quite forgiving. I thought it was one of the alloys I'd scraped which probably would have been worse!

I've ordered the standard painted side skirts....was tempted by the GT3 unpainted versions as I think they'd have matched my standard front and rear look. Do you have any pics of your car? Still something I might consider going forward

Sure, here goes. I’d definitely recommend them. I think the black ties in quite nicely with the front splitter on the T.

They do give the car extra purpose! I will stick with the painted factory skirts when I collect the car....then might swap for the GT3 versions a little later.

That's a great colour for a Carrera T! Looks like Shark Blue? Kudos.
This pic reminds me of the Ninemeister photos of their 964 9m11RS cars in build starting with a full dipped and stripped shell which is then freshly painted. Your photo shares some of that exciting prospect!

Lovely colour! Porsche Silverstone had a blue T on the forecourt yesterday, looked brilliant. They also managed to fix my side skirt FOC smile

Excellent! Did it just need pushing back into the clip??

Yep, just refastened and good to go. It has a little scuff along the edge but not enough to be worth changing. Off topic they had the first new Cayenne Turbo GT in which was a bit of a beast.

My OPC had a Cayman GT4 RS in the showroom for sale. That was interesting

Wheels are easy to change. You can pick up 992 CS standard wheels for peanuts and get then painted whatever colour floats your boat. I might get some for winter. To get a set of beautiful, ED wheels with the platinum silver (that is in keeping with the T look), I'd rather do that. Each to their own. My BIGGEST thing about a T is, it should be a manual. Anyone going PDK on these is missing the point.

Those skirts look the business… now that I have seen it I cannot unsee it. Thanks for nothing !?!

Just kidding. I added a 60th anniversary decal, as my 992 T is 2023 MY, so I am allowed to stick it on!

Rather unusual collection day, or should that be non-collection day, for us today.

Paperwork all finalised on Thursday, final deposit paid yesterday ready for today’s collection. Got a call from OPC at 8am this morning. “Your finance application was sent for a random fraud check. Porsche Finance went home for the weekend without completing it - we can’t release your car until they reopen on Monday”. irked

Still went anyway. Completed all the handover stuff, paired phone, activated tracker etc. They offered to deliver car to home on Monday but it’s easier to go get it myself.

In the meantime, they’ve lent us a C4S Cab to keep us on the road.
