Just to add, we’ve come from a 991.2 gt3 club sport to a touring and the difference is quite noticeable. Much better road car, gearbox much slicker and a slightly more compliant ride( the club sport was by no means bad). Overall in the first 200 miles of ownership extremely happy with the differences, but that’s possibly because it turns out that that was exactly what we were looking for along with the more understated look. Pleased to say we met you Nurburgsingh and got to thank you in person but once again well done for getting this organised.

Despite the giant puddles it was well worth getting the car out of the garage (no garage queen!) and Robgt3 had a good drive there and I enjoyed my drive home too - weather even improved before we got home.

Will post some photos - see how many cars you can put names to!

What a fantastic turnout given the conditions! I didn't get to meet most of you sadly, but let's make sure there's more opportunity to bring our community together again in the not too distant future. Besides I've still got loads of decals to hand out! Brilliant to chew the fat with the few that I managed to meet.

Hope you all got home safely and without incident. One of the most fun drives I've had in a long time. Must make sure I drive more often when it's 6 degrees and lashing down...

And a HUGE thanks to Singh911 for picking up the lunch bill!!! - What a fantastic surprise! You are a true gent and I can't wait to get my own back at the next gathering, or maybe a trackday?clap

No doubt about it, RSVP911 “won the carpark” with this Fly Yellow 964RS - actual porsche porn!

Can’t help thinking the 911 lineup would have been slightly more photo friendly without the SUV in the middle ??!
