Seriously the estimated retail of a crash damaged GT3 992 is £190k? Lucky to get near that with a non crashed at 4k miles.
Would suggest 150k resale for that when finished. The Porsche warranty would also be interesting if a non approved place rebuilds it.
It's a recorded categorised car.Would suggest 150k resale for that when finished. The Porsche warranty would also be interesting if a non approved place rebuilds it.
Repaired its a £130k car at best.
The cheapest straight 992 GT3s will be in the high £150s very soon.

Not guilty, this ones a 991. Just spent the day with the wheels off getting every inch of it cleaned down after the drive home and put away for hibernation. Picked it up with 282 miles on the clock, have more than doubled that in one day.
Very nice, bet you can't wait until Spring!!Edited by scrob on Monday 4th December 07:45

Why buy now when you'd pay far less in Jan - March? Edited by scrob on Monday 4th December 07:45

seems a bit over optimistic in the present climate ? https://jzmporsche.com/cars/porsche-991-p0589/ but then it is a manual

Looks like they read the title of this thread and priced it accordingly You'll be able to pick up a 992 for that money soon so I think optimistic is putting it lightly

With your crystal ball, what is your (price) prediction? With manual 992 GT3s now at £160k and falling, I'm sure there would be some great deals coming up https://finder.porsche.com/gb/en-GB/details/porsch...

Theres a yellow 992 with 6k miles (manual) that a guy is selling on one of the Facebook groups, he says OPC has offered him £135k for it and he's asking £165k for a private sale.
If a opc has offered him 135k and he wants rid, why not just advertise it on auto trader for 149k and get it gone. Sounds like he’s trying to get current retail money at £165k. Christ it wasn’t that long ago used 992 gt3 were in opc for £250k 🙄

Seems an odd tactic to announce the trade value of your car and then offer it for 30k more as a private sale. john-j4ty0 said:

It certainly does, but they do seem to shift them (obviously we don't know the actual amount they sell for)MarkM3Evoplus said:

JZM have never been the cheapest. I gues someone, logically, has to be the most expensive and not everyone is always going to be cheapest. TBF, they do it well.

Everything at JZM is seeminly on SOR so I guess it doesnt matter a jot to them tbh. Can sit out this winter with someones else money.Ashgoods run a smaller, lower overhead, less frill approach and also seem to do well, in a different way.

I don't know about 'now', but yes, generally it's been SOR, although not exclusively so.AFAIK Ashgoods are more the other way round, unless I am mistaken.
