Your car looks awesome, I went yellow instead of green with 2nd RS, I have green envy now though!
I agree with this..I thought the first batch RSs with all LG exterior plus the LG cage was too much LG for me personally..However having seen pics of Juno's RS with all the contrasting exterior Carbon and the Mag cage i really like it.It contrasts nicely and the LG has been toned down to my liking.

The idea is if you follow the line from PDLS headlights through to rear wing end plates the black items are relatively evenly spaced out and create a line that the eye follows
If you didn’t do the door handles then IMO there would be a large gap from the door mirror all the way back to the rear air intake
I know it’s a bit fussy but works for me
Do you know what i like about you Juno ? ............................................................................................................................................................................................................nothing.!!

Actually there are a few occasions when I do take myself seriously and that's every time I think about buying a Mclaren, it's not a bad thing you know Apart from..You don't take yourself too seriously.;)

I'm afraid its a sign of the times Juno.
There's a hell of lot of uncertainty out there right now which is exasperating matters..Its a good time to buy but not a good time to sell .
Luckily my current cars are all keepers atm however i'm pretty confident i'll be buying either a Lotus 430 Cup or a Macca of some sort in the near future as i feel Porsche have gone too mainstream.
I took my RS for a quick 70 mile spin this afternoon in the wet and i can't believe how much quicker it is compared to my 991.2GT3..I'm still running her in however the way it picks up from lower revs leads me to believe that the true HP diff between the two cars is more like 40 BHP rather than the official 20 BHP.

However the bit of your post I do like is how well the new RS goes
I think I read that when JCR had it on the dyno it was making 538 HP stock?

I always think you need 100 bhp to get a feel for a faster car and to pull a big gap on one. There's a hell of lot of uncertainty out there right now which is exasperating matters..Its a good time to buy but not a good time to sell .

be interesting to see a RS vs GT3 down the strip, fancy a vid we are doing with a 997 4.0 RS vs my manual and we could add in the lastest and greatest.
also as you are not going high up the revs don't you think the pick up is the mag wheels effect !!
I really cannot believe a RS would be that much faster vs a PDK GT3.

According to my bum dyno my RS is definitely quicker than my old GT3..How much of this is down to the Mags i can't tell you as its beyond my knowledge..Another thing is how amazing it rides rough roads, again smoother than my GT3 which considering the much higher spring rates might be down to the Mags.be interesting to see a RS vs GT3 down the strip, fancy a vid we are doing with a 997 4.0 RS vs my manual and we could add in the lastest and greatest.

The faster pick up from low revs might be down to the faster throttle response from the ITBs rather than more power, or a combination of both..I'm not alone in this as both Johnny Cocker and Apolo have said the same thing.
I can see myself keeping this car forever which will be great as it means i no longer have to play Porsche's silly RS allocation games..The flippers enjoy these games as they recoup all the losses as soon they flip their latest RS after just a month's ownership.
