Doesn't matter anyway since it's sold.

Those parking sensors are the worst. I can see how they would be useful though, I can never quite figure out where the car ends when I'm reversing!

On the look out for a nice early car. This one seems OK and spoiler distracts from the arse warts.

This one does appear to be a bit down on power though, so you might want to investigate wink
No it doesn't. That's all you can see when you look at the back.
Maybe I was being too cryptic, click on the link, it states power 200BHP wink Only meant as a joke

If you remove the spare from the frunk can it store a full size wheel and tyre combo?

It’s interesting how some 996’s sell within a day or two, but then others sit for so long.

Porsche people are a fickle bunch!

Although it did look like a good example.

997 won’t fit a full size wheel/tyre. nono and it’s virtually the same size as 996.

Thats why they came with a bag to put the wheel in if you have a puncture. It has to go in the car

A bit of weight on the nose of a C2 helps I think, always seems mine feels a little nicer to drive with a full tank of fuel

Out of interest, what would you do if you got a flat tyre?

Good point. Does anyone know whether replacement spare tyres are available? If not I’ll check the age of mine, size and availability.

Another 12 months MOT on the pig with zero advisories. Not bad for a 20yo car. Even when you know the car inside out its always a relief to pass with a full clean sheet.*

  • I did cheat slightly and have the garage repair the brake pad wear sensor I broke 8 months ago. An unnecessary pain in the arse those things.

Hi All,
I got some advice on here a few months back about the centre console delete and managed to source one, but it hasn't arrived with the rectangular piece of trim that sits in front of the gearstick.

Does anyone know where I could source one, as I don't fancy paying OPC prices for a small piece of plastic (that is if i can even get one?)
