I am using RSC1s on my Racing Brake CCBs and they are excellent in sprinting/hillclimb context. RSC3s I assume are way better but appear to eat discs and I am not rich enough to let that happen.
I have a pair of new unused sealed box rear GT4 RSL29s up on ebay looking for a home at a cheap price or dmail me (posted on classifieds too).
Agree they can be squeaky but excellent on steels.

Rsc1s are a mainly road biased pad - or at least they are not supposed to be a 'track' pad like rs29s.I considered RSC2/3 but traded a bit of mu for increased disc life.

Interesting, Pagid doesn't list Street use as suggested on the product page, explicitly says Race and Trackdays, same as for RSL29s. RSC1s have a higher coefficient of friction at all temperature levels than the RSL29s and don't drop off over 600c like the 29s.

I used RS29's in the AP brakes on my E46 M3 CSL with zero squeal. All road miles, with a mix of very fast road and not so fast road driving. They were peerless. I considered RSC2/3 but traded a bit of mu for increased disc life.

Very aggressive initial bite, but once learnt, very easy to modulate.
They were originally formulated as an endurance pad compound, as were RS19's, but the the 19's were designed to have less initial bite.

I cant believe the price of these brake pads now,i have been using pagid yellows for years since 9 then 19 and now 29,very disc friendly and last forever.
Just got a price for rsc1 from my local braking guru performance braking in monmouth,with full discount at 1100 plus vat.

Yes he is, and the pads are superb. I wondered how they compared in GT cars. I’m currently running XP8 in my full Alcon setup and they’re simply amazing. I test drove a GT4 on both steels and PCCB’s last week and the steels felt like they needed more initial bite, for my preference. Hence the question.
I'm sure they will transition across fine if they do the right size. They can be a a bit squeely if not given a good seeing too !!Moving off the break topic: Picked up my 7.2 GT3 after putting on Summers and my OPC and my rep mentioned that prices for these have picked up substantially in the US as more people are looking for a less tech-infused driving experience. Not sure whether this has already hit markets here

Compare prices of 991.2 GT3 RS or a 997.2 GT3 RS here. I think the answer is fairly obvious.Trouble is, it makes a 7.2 RS almost too expensive to really spank on track.
