spoke to them earlier... its been with them for ages but on the face of it not bad. ive got the reg no and first time passes in all mots and it would pass a 111 point inspection save for tyres. original panels and paint. does have a ignitions in some ranges very early on in its life but not 5 and 6 so looking at the warranty procedure it should be fine save for a compression test maybe

contrary to ad it doesnt have adaptive sport seats though

20k delta between those two? And the pricey one doesn’t even have Nav laugh
id say 15-20k seems the norm delta for cs over comfort? jzm sold their guards red cs for at least 82 and opc wilmslow for about 91 albeit in green (not viper)

camerons in cobalt is a bit toppy at 89 though

its under offer i believe but have heard from the penultimate owner that its very tidy

to be honest im a bit loathe to get one from a dealer and to break a lifelong tradition of always buying privately

i did pop over to see them before they took the gt3 into stock. seemed decent bunch. seem to have a cultish almost fanboy client base so cant be half bad.

I personally think some of the asking prices of 997.1 gt3 cars is a disaster waiting to happen if you buy at these hyped asking prices.
agreed and am actively in the market and the dealers dont like me as i wont close. id close tomorrow if the market was heading the other way but at worst it stays flat and more likely they still soften a bit

i know its likely only a couple of quid in the grand scheme of things but still

i spoke to camerons about their very nice cobalt blue .1 cs and he is still confident that they will get the 90 ask given the volume of interest

Just curious to see if dealers are willing to do a deal or are sticking to their guns. For the one at Camerons I'd be tempted to throw in a low ball offer to see how they react. IIRC it's been for sale for quite a while.
So far the OPCs have been more flexible given they need to move stock on within 15-30 days which is why the poverty spec one at glasgow had about 4k lopped off a few days back

i told camerons that its too rich at asking but once it drifts towards a normal numbering beginning with 8 then id pop over

the black one at simons of shropshire has the most wiggle room but over revs in 4 albeit very early on in the cars life

there is another one 'out there' with the ultimate comfort spec that includes pccbs, buckets, extended leather, contrast stitching, colour coded transmission tunnel, etc for less than 80

Ironically I was discussing the ashgoods car with the owner at around late 60s before it went to them! It's got some ohlins goodies on it I believe
