I have photos of a two other 718 gt4 cars and the rear spoiler is definitely different but the wheels look to be similar.

This is the latest stying that has been running around, we’ve seen the wing, splitter and wheels before - but I didn’t notice what looks like a centerlock hub before.... could be wrong on that though.
The other ones were earlier development cars

You can see GT4 stamped on the front splitter, if it was an RS wouldn’t it be stamped GT4RS?

That’s ‘just’ a GT4. The wing would be positioned higher I reckon, if it was an RS.

I’m in the Lava Orange camp too. Part of the problem is iPhone’s don’t render a lot of these colours well...they looks a lot brighter and washed out than they really are .Absolutely love how the car looks...but then I am biased.
