We will see if Porsche release more allocations. Apparently AP said there is a car fir everyone that wants one
I’m sorry to have to report as I find, but my (UK) experience is that, whilst AP is an inspired engineer, he has no idea about the production / distribution / marketing aims of the business.GT98 said:
Re Exhaust note the after market exhaust market will be full of options soon at reasonable prices. So that will help in that area.
That will currently add nearly £5000 to the price of the car and ammunition for your PC to refuse certain warranty claims that can be somehow associated with your new pipe work Going forward extending the Porsche warranty will be off the menu and your insurance company will need to know of this modEdited by daro911 on Tuesday 11th February 07:40

981 GT4 clutch probably the best weighted clutch in any contemporary Porsche GT imo.
Agreed. I hear so many people saying it’s too heavy. It’s never even entered my mind. It’s a millennial problem I recon, man up peeps. Bizarre that the 991.2 GT3 is actually more hardcore than the 991.1 yet Porsche think a snowflake light clutch is appropriate which is probably the weakest and most dissappointing aspect of what is otherwise a perfect car (especially having regard to the excellent gearbox weighting and action which as as good as the 981 GT4s) and the sweetspot of contemporary Porsche GTs imo.

I was shocked when i tried the clutch in a 991.2 GT3... didn't feel like it had much mechanical integrity by comparison to 981 GT4. Just felt out of balance with the rest of the other control weights, and also my expectations for a car of that performance.

Mine is now out of production and is waiting for a boat. I was asked to register for Porsche Connect today. Will I be able to soon see exactly where my car is?
Hopefully ready to be picked up W/C 2nd March :-)
Roll on then and then end of April for North Coast 500!
Same for me - mine's in the compound too Hopefully ready to be picked up W/C 2nd March :-)

I’m also doing the NC500 in it this spring/summer as well!
Only a few more weeks to go now, in the interim mine will be going off to Topaz for paint correction, full PPF and ceramic - A must in my opinion since I’ve opted for solid black.

Topaz did a truly fantastic job with the paint correction, full PPF and ceramic on my 992 C4S last year – I was so impressed, hence why I have no hesitations in using them again to give the Spyder the same treatment.
If paint correction, PPF and ceramic etc.. isn't your thing then fair enough, but if it is I would recommend Topaz from my experience of them.
