Very interested to hear this once you get it on - what timescale have they given you?

Me too - brilliant car with a couple of simple mods : JCR Titanium trace pipe, plus RPM have just fitted some RSS toe links to mine and they then set it up with a fast road geo - I would highly recommend both of these - difference per £ spent on the RSS is really worth it IMHO.

With these two mods it’s transformed the car - it’s epic - so happy with it smile
Already gone for the JCR Silenced exhaust and geo is getting done by them next week

What seat inserts are these ... cannot find on the Configurator ?

Is that your ‘ Stately Pile ‘ ?
They are the 911R fabric and supplied by JCR - https://www.jcr-developments.com/porsche/product/j...

Not sure of the specifics and wouldn't understand it even if I did know - just asked for "spirited road" set up - it really did the trick relative to my old car that was on an OEM set up; joking apart for them to do this they had to put on longer adjustable rear toe links and a new locking plate as the OEM ones weren't long enough to safely do the camber adjustment that they wanted.

Interesting you've finally succumbed to the exhaust mod - which one have you gone for ?

Cheers smile
Did you not get a geo printout when it was done? That has all the settings on it if you did smile

I'm having an inconel replacement final silencer, along similar lines to the JCR solution by all accounts, which is coming from Ninemeister. They're developing their own system, including GPF delete pipes too for those who want them smile
I have got the print out but I didn’t want to post it as I don’t believe they like you sharing their intel on this sort of thing. In truth I wouldn’t be able to comment on the nuances of the set up as I’m not very technical smile

Good luck with the exhaust mod smile

Can’t say fairer than that - I imagine they will set it up stunningly well - let me know what you think post set up - made a massive difference to mine smile

Settings aren't exactly intellectual property but if you'd rather not then fair enough smile

Cheers re. the exhaust, I'm looking forward to it. Much as I really like the standard car's sound, a touch more exhaust noise will just finish the car off for me. As it's a keeper, I may as well make it perfect for me wink

Definitely worth investing in the sound if you plan to keep for any reasonable length of time and you’ll get some of your money back when you sell it on.

Re Geo - Please pm me smile

I think they look great - but you got to really want some seat inserts to pay £1200 + !

Who on earth thought that speccing yellow contrast but and highlights but adding blue seat belts was a great idea. Why not juts stick to yellow theme?

I guess that s/he did the correct thing and spec'd the car the way they wanted it. Who cares what anyone else thinks?

Yes forgot to ad that in as still confused about the choice of seat belt colour.
I wonder how long it will sit around until it sells ?

The rest of it is well specced.
I think I will keep an eye on it and see what happens to it as I cant see it hanging around that long. Maybe 3-6 months

I cant see it selling for at least a year. There are far too many on the market vs the amount of customers. The multi colour trim has actually grown on me but can't see it selling. There are many 981 GT4s that have been on the market for years, this falls into the same but for the 718 GT4

Biggest problem with that car is not the miami belts but the comfort seats.

Be almost worth replacing the belts with standard black ones.

Does beg the question what the buyer was on when speccing lol.

1200 mile car at £3k over list.

A rainbow trip as it is a hell of a multicoloured weird spec lol
But each to their own I guess and they will still want £3k overs. I bet poor bloke that sold it did not get anything over list

They barely deserve the list price for that bag of Smarties look-a-like eek

What a terrible spec, that has to be the worst looking GT car I've ever seen.
