I promised my wife we would go pdk on this one having had manual GT3 and 981 which she wouldn’t drive... tbh manual would be my choice too, but at least if the PDK sorts the gearing there is some compensation!!

Fair enough, I’ve had a few flappy paddles but really miss my attempts at heelntoesmile

I need to do this. Did you go for OEM wheels or something else?
OEM. Didn't like the non-standard fitment of oprions such as OZ, and didn't want to pay a fortune for BBS. OEMs are actually fairly reasonable for a set.

When we put a deposit down for the Spyder we took a 4 pot PDK GTS out for a test drive, as my girlfriend had never been in Boxster before. While we were waiting for it to arrive there were noises about it being her car. She was a bit surprised when it turned up with a manual gearbox and roof. She‘s driven it a few times, but has definitely become a convert to automatics over the last few years. I also keep reminding her that the roof is far easier to live with than the one on the Exige.

It might be worth joining Porsche Club GB and see if the 10% club discount applies if you think you are doing this.

Plus TPMS and centre caps.
I got some centre caps of eBay (genuine, used but mint) and I have some aftermarket TPMS sensors coming on Monday.

Which TPMS sensors did you go for?
I'm looking for a set to refurb and put MP4S on

I've got these arriving which you can get from several sellers. I shopped around for the cheapest price:

This place does them for $35.

You'd need to factor in postage etc from US. Chap on Rennlist bought the non-OEM $35 ones for his Cayman R and no problem with the learning process

This link I posted is a set for aound £140, probably cheaper than the US option with shipping, import taxes and VAT?

Good luck finding used GT4 wheels, especially 718 GT4 wheels. I decided I'd be waiting forever so went for a new set before Brexit buggers up supply and pricing!

That would have beena good deal - did it include caps and sensors? Were they in good condition?

Please let me know how you get on with those
They look to be a different design to the OEM ones?
